Just a bus broker service. Horrible service.
Overcharged and told us the driver gratuity was included although he never got it!
Avoid them and book direct with a bus company!

GOGO Charters refuses to give our small non-profit, Concerned Parents Alliance/College Bound Programs, back our deposit and answer our emails and phone calls! Your actions are seen as profiting off of the vulnerable populations during this pandemic! We had planned a college tour with our youth and parents and had to cancel due to the pandemic. Yet, GOGO Charters refuses to give us back our money! It's not fair to the children! Why are you taking advantage of a small non-profit that needs every dime?
