Jacob was amazing. He drove out at 5pm on a Saturday because our ACs (of course) weren't working on move-in day. He had things up and running really quickly and didn't even charge us an emergency or over-time fee. He was polite, friendly, and professional, and explained to us very clearly what the issues were. Would 100% recommend and, when we need our ACs repaired/replaced in the future, we will definitely be giving him a call.

Edit in 2021: Dayton Heating and Air came out to my home a little over a week ago to fix my AC unit. We had a similar issue as before: faulty thermostat that led to the issue with the AC unit. Very thankful for Dayton Heating and Air and their service.

Great service. I received a detailed explanation of what the problem was, a replaced part at a reasonable price, labor at a reasonable price, and even a little assistance getting reimbursement from the company that manufactured my faulty thermostat that caused my AC to break in the first place. I will definitely call them again if something else comes up and I recommend them to all my neighbors.
