    Response was very quick was able to come out same day. The service person Justin was very professional, compassionate, and trustworthy. He tried to help me as much as possible. He was very understanding of my situation; return to the house after leaving just to tell me his boss would call me the next day to see what he could do to help me or work with me. More to come after I get a unit installed. Super super Happy!

    Top Gun is awesome. Kylen repaired my ac unit and was very thorough in making sure everything was working correctly. I recommend them to anyone. Reasonable prices and great professionalism.

    Very personal and nice but beware they are all about a sale! Had them out last winter for service and the entire time onsite was a maintenance sales pitch. Then summer rolls around and our upstairs unit is down. We call them out again and they're insistent we need a new unit as it would cost just as much to repair various components. After questioning the diagnosis the service tech Justin insisted he wasn't in sales and that he would leave us options ( $4K-$10k). Thank you to community FB group we found a 2nd opinion where they came out and replaced a $85 piece in minutes. Obviously I mentioned the Top Gun Diagnosis and was reassured it was a single item and that the unit would be fine.

    Beware! if your spidy sense goes off call a 2nd opinion.

    Hi Noel, I’m very happy to hear that you were able to get a second opinion and get the unit back up and running during this heat! I will look into this call and review the technicians notes, and dispatch for you. We’re never “all about the sale.” However we do spend time on each maintenance and repair call to inform customers about the services we offer. I feel this is pretty standard for most business who provide or sell services. We’re totally fine with a simple “no thanks!” As we have thousands of customers we strive to serve and do our very best by every day. Not every one is looking for the same level of service, which is why we find it important to inform them of what our company offerings are. It’s always a little hard reading this and judging the situation, so I will absolutely do my due diligence to see if there was a mistake on our part as well as do everything in my power to make it right by you. We don’t believe in high pressure sales or “closing in the home” nor do we believe in using fear tactics by any means. Largely due to the fact that it is morally wrong, and secondly because most people see straight through that. We’re proud to be a company that provides service with integrity and honesty. I will look into this more and take the appropriate actions needed. Thanks for your feedback and helping us grow and improve every day as a company! if there’s ever anything we can do in the future don’t hesitate to let us know!

    WHERE DO I START ?!?!?!
    1. On Time
    2. Very Professional and Personable
    3. Explained exactly what was going on with the unit from one step to the next
    4. Once the problem was taken care of he made sure every single box was checked to make the job and experience complete.
    5. Kylen Brown was our Tech. I can not say enough about how special this guy is ! He made the experience 5 Star for sure! Owner of Top Gun you definitely have a Great Team Member! Would make an amazing TEAM LEADER ! I highly recommend Top Gun for your Heating and Air Conditioning needs !

    Had spring service done. Asked what was included. Technician was not aware of what was included. His service was fine once we were past that. He even offered to come back if units could not handle heat for free.

    Manager called back after review. He seemed to think there was a miscommunication on my part. It was really between his service people about what was in the service package. He said twice he was worried about his reputation.

    Hey Jim, thanks for your feedback we really appreciate it. We’re always looking to improve day by day, I actually found this information very helpful in terms of addressing some of the language on our basic tune-up that may have been confusing to our customers. As a company we do pride ourselves in our honesty, transparency, and in the capabilities of the service we provide every day. I’m sorry if there was any confusion generated on our end by the front office versus what was communicated by our tech in the field. Overall it was a very simple fix here, and I’m glad to hear that Austin our tech went above and beyond to honor what you’d previously agreed to over the phone without any additional charge or cost to you. Every technician we have in the field I’m proud to say is fully briefed on what is included in our tune-ups. We however have several different levels of service we provide that ranges from basic to more in depth. Often times the techs will query customers to find out what level of service or issues they may be having on site with their systems at the time of the tune-up. This is an effort to provide better service and communicate with them about their needs by asking clarifying questions regarding that system. It’s usually done towards the end of our visit when technicians come to brief you on their findings of your system if anything is found to be deficient. We’ve since taken out/changed some of the language that future customers might find confusing. We appreciate you helping us to improve and do better by all our customers in the future. If there’s ever anything we can do for you in the future to help don’t hesitate to let us know! Overall I’m glad we could help resolve this for you quickly, and get you taken care of.
