Top Gun Air is wonderful! They were responsive and really listened to our A/C issues and the uneven temps in our house from room to room. They offered the best solution and was no pressure to get the job done right away. We decided to move forward and let them know and the work was scheduled for 2 days later. It was completed on time and done correctly with photos and detailed information about the work done. We are so glad we called Top Gun Air and spent the money to fix this air flow issue that has been going on for years - just wondering why we waited so long to get this fixed.

After my AC stopped working, I contacted several repair companies to fix my unit on short notice. Top Gun was the only one that was able to accommodate me. My technician, Justin, did an excellent job and got me up and running. I also felt the pricing was reasonable as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Top Gun Heating and Air that I need to share. I scheduled an AC tune-up for my relatively new unit, which cost me $100. After the service, I was informed that my condenser coils were dirty and needed a chemical cleaning, which would cost $500 per unit. This seemed exorbitantly high, especially considering the age and condition of my unit.

Feeling uneasy about the recommendation, I decided to call around to other HVAC companies. To my surprise, I discovered that other companies include a standard cleaning as part of their AC tune-up service. It became clear that what should have been a routine part of the service was instead presented as an unnecessary upsell for a costly chemical toxic cleaning, which is rarely needed.

These are deceptive practices that try to take advantage of customers in this area when inflation is already taking a toll. I don’t trust management or this company at all. Any company with 4.9 stars is obviously manipulating the reviews.I. expected a straightforward service, not a sales pitch for an expensive add-on. I will be reporting to BBB.

I would advise others to be cautious and seek a second opinion before agreeing to any additional services that may not be necessary.

My upstairs AC unit broke and I called Top Gun because they’ve helped me out before. I got an appointment for the next day and the Tech Austin showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and they are returning tomorrow to replace the coil. Austin is a great tech!

My downstairs A/C tripped the circuit breaker in a Texas summer day and Austin from Top Gun came to the rescue within the hour. He solved the issue and provided service to my A/C Units. The service was delivered promptly and professionally - can’t thank Top Gun enough for being there. I’ve been using their service for 2 years and I highly recommend them! Thanks Austin!

Yesterday out of the blue our AC decided to give up and quit, I had found a company here in Fort Worth and gave them a call.
Top gun heating and air conditioning, it was after hours and my first thought was that I probably wouldn’t hear from anyone until the next morning. Well, in just a few minutes I was talking to Austin our technician calling me back. He came out and tested the unit and it needed factory parts, he was sorry but he couldn’t get the parts needed until the next day, first thing this morning he was calling to say he had our parts and was on the way to make the repair.
A job well done and much appreciated, Thank you Austin and Top Gun heating and air! You are 5 Star and I will be letting others know.

Austin is an AMAZING ASSET! I would have this company work on anything that heats and cools anything!!!

Austin came to my house today and helped me get my self-installed Pioneer mini split online. Austin was great, he was punctual communicated clearly, and was upfront about service charges. Most importantly, he found something I did wrong and a silly thing I overlooked, which is exactly what I wanted and needed. I would have no problem having Austin back to my home service either of my air conditioning units. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Austin and Top Gun Air.
