I called Dayton Heating and Air and explained that my HVAC unit shut down. Jacob sent out someone out the very next morning and the problem was solved within 30 minutes. Excellent service and very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has HVAC problems.Report

I needed quotes to replace my A/C and called 3 companies in the Gainesville area (as we all dutifully do). Some said I would need to replace not only my air handler and compressor/condenser, but also my line set entirely (I live in a 3-story multi-resident building/condo on the second floor; i.e. a $3500 project with significant construction/demolition costs) due to a leak. I was ultimately referred to Dayton A/C by one guy who felt the job was so incredibly complicated and overwhelming that he didn't even want to do it. But that should say something - this A/C company REFERRED ME TO DAYTON A/C TO GET THE JOB DONE.Report
All these A/C companies seem professional and punctual and have the logo-wrapped vehicles we all associate with 'professionals' these days. I can tell you now that if you want a REAL professional, Jacob at Dayton A/C is a guarantee. He was THE ONLY ONE among these other companies to actually provide insight and apply critical-thinking to solve my problems (which were not straightforward and somewhat overwhelming to the other companies that claimed confidence in handling the job) and truly exceeded expectations of how a professional should perform. He was knowledgeable, adaptive, keen, and insightful.
Additionally, he offered me personalized services, adjusting the costs to meet my individualized needs, which I know no other company would have had the flexibility to do. I have NEVER been more impressed with an A/C company and will now always refer friends and colleagues to this company. Could not be happier with my service and Dayton Heating and Air, LLC.
