Awful customer service. Called for a consultation for some mold. Told I would get a call from the tech. Never did. After I called back they gave me a 12-4 time frame. Then called me at 3:30 saying they were on their way (which is within the time frame and totally fine). Then called me at 4:15 and went to an address about an hour away. I called the office and they texted me they were closed early on Friday before Labor Day. I called with my other phone and lady picked up and asked how she can help me. I said I thought you guys were closed then she hung up on me. If you are someone who would like quality customer service go with someone else.

Our calls are being recorded, you did not call us and someone picked up . The office was closed. We offered to come to you and from the get go was scheduled for a FREE estimate so there was no intention on charging you anything, which for a mold inspection is extremely rare. Things happened to all of us . Although we try our best to keep everyone happy like everyone else in this world we make mistakes . We offered you gift cards and credit store for you’re time although our time and gas was waisted too . And still tried to get to you, Anyway we wish you the best of luck and sorry for you’re experience .

I called Clean Air Houston Pro after my mom gave me a referral. I moved in with my girlfriend and we needed the air ducts cleaned. I called them and set up an appointment. When they arrived they were very professional and friendly. They went through the house to find out what needs to be done; they inspected everything really quick and explained to me what needs to be done, how much it is going to cost and how long it will take. They did a great job cleaning the air duct

Technician did an excellent job. He was able to identify the source of the problem and resolve numerous issues for us while he was here, ensuring that we did not have any further issues.
