Pricing is much higher than expected. Be prepared to pay much more to clean your ducts and vents than the advertised price. I ended up paying $250 + tax for cleaning just the plenum box and two air returns. Not really worth it. The technicians are on time and friendly, however they didnt clean the floors after (lots of white particles falling from the air returns to my floor)

We have owned this house for about nine years now and have never had the air ducts cleaned. I’m fairly confident that no one did it before we bought this house either. When I moved back in a few months ago, I noticed how dusty it can get and over the last few weeks my allergies have gone wild. Clean Air Houston pro came today and let me tell you the air in here is so much different a complete 180! We noticed a difference while the guys were still working period I had the Air Duct cleaning service and the sanitation service done and I highly recommend them.

These guys were absolutely amazing! They got here a head of schedule, and got to work right away. They cleaned out dryer vent from both inside and outside as well that we weren't sure that our dryer vent were able to address from the outside. They went above and beyond doing their job and I will be calling them back when we are ready to do the rest of the house vents as well as our carpet cleaning.

I’m very happy with the service, the technicians paid close attention to detail, and were very professional. They are very through and put protective devices everywhere to avoid damaging walls or floors. They even provide before and after pictures of the inside of the duct, I was very surprised with how much dust came out!
