All American Chem Dry

Have been using Chem-Dry of NM for many years. They have consistently done a wonderful job on my carpets which a are quite old. Having 2 Rescue dogs (and everything that means) they have kept my carpets looking their best! Sincere thanks to Chem- Dry!

I was very pleased with Kevin our service tech. He was early and went right to work. He was diligent in getting some tough stains out of the carpet and the couch. I would ask for him again!

I used Chem Dry to clean my living room and hallway carpets. They were highly recommended to me and I’m so glad I scheduled with them. Shawn was the employee assigned to do my job. He was amazing and my almost 30-year-old carpet looks great. He along with the office personnel (Ashley and Jennifer) were also wonderful. About 10 minutes before Shawn arrived, our power went out. He came in anyway, looked over the job, gave me an estimate, and said he would come back after completing his other customer’s jobs and do mine at the end of the day. He said to keep in touch with the office about the status of the power situation. The power came back, went down again after 15 minutes; came back after about 30 minutes and stayed on.

I am so pleased with the service of all the people who stuck by me to get my carpet cleaned. I was having all new furniture delivered the middle of the next week. The entire company hung in there for me to see that I had really clean carpet to set the new furniture on.

I will always use Chem Dry for all my carpet cleaning. Who rearranges his whole day to get my carpet cleaned; Shawn did. He did an excellent job and I will always request him in the future. The entire company truly believes in excellent customer care.
