Absolutely horrible carpet cleaning. They destroyed my carpet & when I brought it to the owners attention, he could care less. I whole heartedly expect their response to be “we are sorry you feel that way”. Please. This place won’t last long with the way they treat their customers. Steer clear from this sorry excuse of a company.

This company did an adequate job on floors and carpets, about as expected. But during the job their machine loosened a few inches of grout, which the technician told us about. Ok, seemed like a good company that admitted something happened during the job. Then when we discussed what would be done about it they told us to they wouldn’t repair it. Poor customer service just ruined it for us as they have refused to do anything about it. I even offered to share the cost of repair and we got nothing but crickets. So don’t engage with this business unless YOU are ready to assume all risks of the work.
Why doesn’t this company contract with a specialist for these and engage them (at a wholesale price) to repair what you broke so that the customer service is seamless? Charge a bit more if necessary but don’t take a $2000 job then abandon the customer over $50! Shortsighted business practice that appears to place the responsibility on the customer instead of the other way around.
