Chem-Dry we are going to give a five star rating. The person that came to clean our carpets, her name was Breanne. She did an amazing job, she was very thorough, she was attentive to us, and made sure we were satisfied with our carpets before she left. She was kind and we really liked her a lot. Our carpets look great. They only took a couple three hours to dry, and all our needs were taken care of.
