Forcing staff to pay for mistakes made on the job. Absolutely unacceptable and scummy.

Just saw that they make employees waive their meal breaks??? And pay if they make a mistake? Not the environment I would want for my animals

Seems like this place doesn't know how to treat their employees like humans or knows how to take accountability.

They are bad employers who don't want to protect their employees and places legal responsibilities on a single, likely underpaid, staff member.

Have been taking my French bulldog here for several years and always received the best level of care and frenchies are in need of specialized care! They are thorough, responsive and truly care about the safety and health of your furry friends! Highly recommend Affinity vet

Employee accountability agreement

I met Dr Meredith during the pandemic at one of the hardest times of my life. My beloved dog was suffering and at the end of his life. My vet at the time would not allow me to come into the office with my dog and I couldn’t NOT be there for his last moments.
I left Dr Meredith’s office a tearful message explaining the situation, hoping she could help. She responded with warmth, compassion, and understanding. She came to my home and let my family say goodbye to our sweet boy, rubbing my back as I sobbed. She then checked on me that evening and again a few days later.
I was so grateful for and touched by her treatment of the situation that I left my previous vet and came to her when my new puppy came home.
The office is clean and homey. The nurses are kind. The Vets on staff are knowledgeable, pragmatic, and thorough in their examination.
I cannot recommend Affinity Vet Center enough. Your human and animal family members are in good hands ??

Our French bulldog has been going here for 5 years and we have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Our dog has been treated like family and we wholeheartedly trust Affinity to advise and treat our dog appropriately. They are reasonable when it comes to pricing and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend Affinity for any and all pet care services!
