Affinity Veterinary Center of Malvern

This veterinary practice it top-notch, and is the only place we entrust our rescue's cats and my personal pets (dogs and cats). They are excellent clinicians, and are wise enough to evaluate not only the findings on physical exams, but the additional information provided by lab results, x-rays, ultrasounds and the like to fine-tune a diagnosis and to create a customized treatment plan. Unlike facilities that simply vaccinate and don't really fully evaluate the animal, this practice treats each animal as an individual. Dr. Meredith, the practice founder, is one of the best veterinarians I've come across in many years of having pets and rescue animals, and I trust her judgment completely - I actually feel we have a partnership in providing the best care possible to our pets and rescue animals. In addition, her fees are very reasonable and she considers all options when suggesting treatment plans. I'd highly recommend this practice.

The facility was clean and the staff was nice, but after taking three animals in and spending close to $800, a second vet saw one of my cats during an ultrasound and had a different opinion on several symptoms that I had discussed with the first vet. They then wanted me to come back and pay to discuss the issues, even though I had paid $250 to discuss them with the other vet 10 days prior. When we decided to take our pets elsewhere, they noted in the chart that I had a problem with the follow up visit policy, which was not the case. They either missed the initial diagnosis or purposefully withheld care from my animal so that they could try to bill me for a follow up visit. Either way, we no longer trusted them with our pets.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they make sure my dog is treated very well. I am a recurring customer and always have a good experience there. Dr. Meredith is always kind and extremely knowledgeable and has gone out of her way to help me with any concerns I may have.

My dog loves the staff!

Upon every visit, the doctor or practitioner sees my cat in a timely manner. They have always called and followed up on my cat's well-being, and they will issue meds, cleaners, etc. if the circumstances allow without an appointment. My cat requires prescription food, and they were expedient at getting the prescription to Chewy when requested. This is the best veterinary care I've experienced.

The staff at Affinity are very friendly and I have never had an issue. Dr. Rogers is great with my dogs. She is very thorough, but does not force any procedures or tests that you don't want done. Some posts say they are expensive, but ask for the cost of the same procedure or medication at any other vet and I bet you find them to be similar. I have had three vets during the course of my dogs' lives, and I would prefer Affinity over all the others.

The staff at Affinity Vet is absolutely great! Everybody is very nice, patient and caring. The facilities itself are also perfectly clean. I would recommend this vet to everyone!
