We was having issues with our central air not working. We had two technicians come a few times to fix it, all unsuccessfully. Martin came by after hours (8:30pm) & saved the day. He was so thorough, and looked at every piece of equipment inside the machine, couldn’t find anything wrong with it. He then looked at the breaker box, took off the cover and barely touched the wire to the ac switch and it came off. He tightened up the wire to the breaker, and also checked and tightened every single wire in the box to make sure they were all secure. He then went inside the house and tested the vent to make sure the cool air coming out of the vent was at the correct temperature and flow. He crossed all the T’s & dotted all the I’s. We were blown away at his thoroughness and so completely grateful for his time & care & attention to detail where other technicians failed. Thank you Martin! Ace, you have a gem of an employee and we are customers for life.

I am terribly disappointed in the amount of money that I spent on having my kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets repaired. All I needed was to have the cartridges replaced, due to a very slow drip with each of the faucets and not wanting to waste water. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist advised that typically these types of parts are on the technicians vehicle when I inquired. I was quoted $89.50 for the 1st 15 minutes and then $39.50 for each 15 minutes thereafter plus parts. I was told that between the assessment and repair, it should take under an hour for the work. That said, I was expecting to pay under $300 total. Turns out, the technician did not in fact have the parts on his vehicle and said that he would need to run out to their shop to get them. He came back nearly an hour and a half later to complete the repair. I was shocked when he told me that my total was going to be $466.70. I inquired about the amount and he said that my time also included the transit time to pick up the parts. I was not made aware of that ahead of time. I called the office the next day to inquire and was told that that was the case and she looked up why it took so long. He had to go to 2 different locations because the 1st location did not have the parts. He ended up getting them at Home Depot which is literally 3 miles from my house. Had I known that I was going to pay this much money for a simple repair, I would have bought brand new fixtures and had them ready to install when the technician arrived. My fixtures are visually in good shape, so I had thought it would be wasteful to replace them. One of my bathroom faucets was still dripping after the repair, so the technician did come back out and fixed it. I feel like I was very much ripped off and will never work with this business again or recommend them.
