Ace Plumbing: Heating and Air Conditioning

Curtis helped me out. Ac sucked he made it work. He let me know what the issue was and let me know what was up in a way I could understand it. Would recommend.

Curt was our technician today, and Ace was the third company we'd had come out to look at the same issue - a broken control board. I was a few minutes late getting to my appointment, but as the HVAC unit is on the roof it turns out Curt was already back in the van calling around for the part. While everyone else told us it would be 1-3 days, and nearly double what Ace charged, Curt had the work done the same day. We could not be happier, and will certainly be glad to recommend Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning.

My wife and I just had the greatest plumbing experience with Aaron Gillis of Ace Plumbing and heating. Friendly, efficient and willing to do whatever was necessary for customer satisfaction. The furnace at our rental property went out. He examined, diagnosed and determined we need a new furnace. But then, he gave us several options at varying expense levels instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive or profitable. Call Ace Plumbing Heating and Air and ask them to send Aaron Gillis to help you.

As a Realtor, I work with handyfolks all the time. I had a great experience with Jeremy with a dead air conditioner. He talks fast, in "airconditioningese" and he talks loud, but he's demonstrably knowledgeable and helpful. Slow him down and ask questions. He has patience and will answer them!

Thank you so much for the positive review! I had to have a little chuckle about your description of Jeremy, he is indeed a little loud and talks fast but he is such a good technician and great guy.
