Tom was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the problem and what would be needed. The office followed up to schedule once the part arrived, and worked with me to schedule a return appointment. AAA also followed up the following day to check on the repair. I will definitely consider AAA for future repairs.

Ice maker tray fell out of its housing and wires broke when opening bin. Problem was quickly diagnosed and a part ordered. Very good communication via phone and emails from the main office. As soon as the part arrived at their office they came out the next day and finished the repair.

Technician was professional. He took the time to politely answer our questions. Thank you for a high quality service call & repair!
