Arrived on time and fixed my washer quick and efficiently. Dwane was great!

Was supposed to have an appointment between 9am and 2pm for a washing machine repair. After waiting all morning with no update, I called at almost 1pm to find out the repair person was running behind and it would be between 2 and 4pm. Would have been nice for a courtesy call TO us before my call so we weren't waiting around all day. Canceled appointment due to their lack of consideration.

I went to AAA to have a small cooler repaired. When I got there, I was told they do not service small can coolers. It seemed very clean and organized inside.

AAA APPLIANCE SERVICE send an amazing and awesome technician, Chris, to repair my refrigerator. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Part was ordered, received and installed within two days. Refrigerator is working great…thank you so much!!

I called AAA appliance because my dishwasher stopped working. They were able to send a technician out the same day. Dwade was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable.

He was not only able to fix my issue that I originally called about, he also fixed the mechanism that spins one of the washers inside that I thought wasn’t possible and had broken 6 months earlier.

When I call AAA appliance in the future, I will ask specifically for Dwade. I highly recommend him.
