Ice maker tray fell out of its housing and wires broke when opening bin. Problem was quickly diagnosed and a part ordered. Very good communication via phone and emails from the main office. As soon as the part arrived at their office they came out the next day and finished the repair.Report

I called late afternoon, they showed up first the next morning. Determined what was wrong and that parts had to be ordered. The repairman was knowledgeable, kind and very professional. As soon as the parts came in… He returned to install. Made sure everything was working properly etc. He gave me some pointers on how to maintain it properly too. Very professional all the way !!Report
