I've been a patron of this establishment for just under a year. As a small business owner I'd been very pleased with the service, pricing, and product quality. The blonde cashier at the front desk has the worst attitude and interpersonal communication skills, based on my most recent transaction; in which no care was shown to an order that they produced wrong. I was told multiple times in an harrasing tone that there was nothing that could be done about this issue and that my concerns were preventing her from leaving for the day. As a result this business has lost my business. For a representative of any company to have no remorse for a mistake and to allow customer service to be cut off at 5:00 P.M. is disgraceful.

P.S. This particular they also closed prior to closing and prior to resolving my issue.
