Representative asked me if my furniture moving coasters were theirs when he had just walked in.

Ruined the back of my couch.

Alex went above and beyond in helping with my insurance claim! He does beautiful work and communicated very well. He installed new carpet and vinyl and also shampooed stairs and rugs. Would highly recommend and will use again. Thanks Alex!

I renovate residential and commercial spaces and have relied on A Advanced Carpet Cleaning for over a dozen years, and the service just keeps on getting better! I place a high value on contractors being reliable and keeping their word. A Advanced is stellar in this area, even accommodating sudden changes when another contractor's failures mess up a tight schedule. I've worked with Alex, Nick, and Ken over the years and can't recommend them enough, for cleaning and also for installing new flooring.

So far I had my carpets stretched! Incredible service! Nick went beyond the estimate. It looks incredible and still waiting to have Alex come out tomorrow and clean! Super excited!
