Chais and Justin were prompt, courteous and very professional. They provided a full explanation before installation, and went over everything afterwards very thoroughly. Their work was efficient, and they cleaned up very nicely afterwards. I would definitely recommend Weather Tight and their technicians. I was also very pleased with our salesman, George.

Got our patio door replaced by Weather Tight because water came in through the last one. Professional and friendly from beginning to end. Also provided a realistic time frame of when the project would likely be done. The patio door installers, Chris and Chris, were also efficient, friendly and even did a little flooring manipulation when the new patio door install required it.
Would definitely recommend.

Windows were supposed to be done in Late October/early November, finally finished in Mid February--got different stories every time I asked and they seemed to have a different excuse every time. Very disappointed to say the least

Sales was friendly and helped us through all of options. Showed up on time both days for the install. Cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.
