Sales went thoroughly through our options and helped to guide us for our specific needs. After ordering there was constant communication as to where we were in the procurement and scheduling process. Windows arrived earlier than expected! Our installation crew of Stuart and Tyler were absolutely amazing. They were fast, professional and did everything they said they would do and more. Definitely one of the best vendor/contractor experiences we've had to date!

Had a great experience with Weather Tight. The salesman was pleasant, and liked the options to create our perfect door. The financing option was nice. The Installer (Ben F.) was absolutely awesome. We have a weird entrance on an old house. It wasn't an easy job and he crushed it with a smile on his face.
The only reason we gave a 4 star rating was because the price. Pretty expensive compared to everyone else. But at the end of the day we love our new door. It also took a couple months longer for the Door to get manufactured. That could have been because of the shipping delays caused by Covid though.

You are also correct, due to COVID- manufacturing delays across the nation have been at an all time high, which is something we have also experienced. Brian came out to finish the install and did a fabulous job. He replaced some siding that needed it even though it was not Weathertight’s responsibility. Weathertight goes the extra mile every time. We are very happy with the new windows. Thanks Brian.

WeatherTight installed gutter guards for us. Every step of the process was professional and friendly. We especially liked the updates on the procurement of our materials. Tim and Kenny were our installers. They were so efficient and hard working. They were able to complete everything, including clean-up in one day.

We are more than happy with Weather Tight. From the beginning of the project with Eric’s help we came up with a perfect plan. The crew that did the work were fantastic they were knowledgeable, professional and worked with me on all our of the project details. They were on time and were there until everything was completed to my and their satisfaction. We used WeatherTight to do a complete tear off of the old siding on the house. They installed LP Smartsiding and Tyevak house wrap. It was a big job and we had 5 installers who worked on it for 9 days. The job turned out fantastic. The house looks like a brand-new house. The installers were very experienced and did quality work.

I was nervous ordering new windows for my entire home. Concerns about quality, value, workmanship, warranty and customer service were weighing heavy as I interviewed several window companies. I weeded through the scammers and con artists who were all too eager to have me sign a contract for an inferior product at an outrageous price, backed by some flimsy guarantee.

Relief came after meeting with Nate, a welcoming, knowledgeable, courteous, informative, trustworthy Weather Tight representative. He demonstrated window samples, educated and guided me through the gauntlet all the while staying true to my budget.

The installation date arrived 2 weeks prior to the projected date. Through the process, I was delighted with the team of installers. Chais, the lead installer instructed and managed his crew with the confidence and expertise of a master craftsman. His attention to the finest detail was shared by the team. Every facet of the install was done to perfection and my satisfaction.

Robert and Lukas, two other team leaders were organized and efficient. Jeremy, Luis, Justin, Curtis, and Brian O. were prompt, thoughtful, task-oriented and hard-working. The job site was meticulously cleaned after each work day. All members worked together as a team with a common goal.

The windows are noticeably more efficient and the jamb extension and interior trim match my existing woodwork beautifully. Chais found an exterior Vulcum caulk that matched the house color perfectly thus eliminating the need for painting.

The tired and water-damaged 5/4 x 6 cedar window trim was replaced with PVC at the time of the install. The additional cost for this service was very reasonable and eliminated the need for paint and replacement in the future.

The owners, Tod and Todd should be extremely proud of his team. They represent Weather Tight on the highest level. I would hire them again and I'm confident referring them to my family and friends.
