This is our second seasonal tune up with we care and we were so impressed with the first technician that we signed up for annual tune ups. Not quite so impressed with our most recent heating check as the tech failed to wash the filter at the air inlet. Other than that all was OK.

We bought AC from Costco and We Care happened to be the team to install them. All technicians were on time, courteous, professional, and clean up nicely after the job. This experience is wonderful, will DEFINITELY use them for my personal jobs in the future!

Tyler came out and gave us a quote on ductwork that we need repaired. He was very professional, efficient and friendly. We were impressed with how thorough he was with putting the quote together.

Dewey, possibly their best service rep. He was friendly, informative, on time for both calls, answered all my questions, very competent, and neat (swept the floor before he left). He called ahead to give his eta. Good image for his employer. The office was also excellent in their communications as well.
