I've been here 3 times total.The first two times I was ignored by the sales person to actually help me with an order. If your people are Florist... NEVER let them deal with customers.
This last time 9/23 same energy, but I was prepared... what I wasn't prepared for was that half of the almost 100$ order died.

I was SUPPOSED to receive a dozen roses for Mother's Day. The delivery did not happen and when called they TRIED to charge an additional fee. THEY DID NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED so the order was cancelled by my children. SUPRISE! They showed up on my doorstep MONDAY afternoon after the order was "supposed to be cancelled".

Three major issues of why this place will never receive my business and I cannot recommend this business.
1. The order was incorrect... I only received 10 roses instead of 12.
2. The card had incorrect names on it.. embarrassing.
3. The delivery was wrong date and then they requested more money to correct their error. They did deliver AFTER we requested it to be cancelled.

Overall, not a good experience for an event that is supposed to be special.
