By far the best experience I have ever had. The communication was absolutely wonderful.

Owner messaged me two ways, one via phone call, one via text which works perfect for me due to my work schedule. When getting back to them, they were very polite and thankful for my business. They had to overnight it to make the flowers fresh. I ordered from Wisconsin because it was the only company I had found that would ship in a Stanley cup that my wife really wanted. It arrived very quickly and my wife loved the arrangement of flowers. The customer service was great as well as fast shipping and immediate receipt via email. Keep up the fantastic work!

Orchard Lane Flowers has partnered with our elementary school talent show coordinator for the past couple of years to provide personalized bouquets and other goodies for our performers before, during, and after the show! Our school colors are double blue, and they made sure that the bouquets incorporated our school colors and were perfect for boys and girls to receive as a congrats for performing in the show! They were beautiful and so perfect for our students!

A link was provided days before the show to allow for preorders that would be available for pickup at the time of the show. The link was super easy to access and use.

The staff is friendly, accommodating, and a very positive presence at our shows! We have loved partnering with Orchard Lane and we hope to continue doing so for years to come!
