Stole $200 dollars! this company provided repair service and finally fixed it correctly on their 3rd attempt. Then ultimately charged me more than what was even listed on their final receipt. They never credited it back - and now have been fighting my dispute with AMEX. to be clear their own receipt has a total of $1,033 and they charged my credit card for more and refuse to give it back. I have now spent 2 months trying to recover this. They should be paying me at this point!!

A. Assuming you are telling the truth why not reach out and share your perspective? Zero communication from your company even after I filed the dispute. But you sure are quick to write a short story for the google review.
B. Second, this repair wasn't even at a home - so maybe go tune up your story a bit.
C. Lastly, never agreed to your mythological revised estimate. Assuming it exists, why not share a copy with my signature?
Post it the revised estimate I authorized & I will gladly delete my review. ;)
After 2other horrible technicians from 2 other companies, I was happy to find Universal. They were courteous and professional (Dennis was our tech). He diagnosed and EXPLAINED what was wrong ordered the parts and was back in a week to install. The price was fair with no hidden fees. The office did there part as well by calling us and letting us know when the part was in. These 2 other companies that came in was like begging them to get the job done calling over and over to get no info, they were nightmares! Do yourselves a favor, if you want a repair done right, call Universal, I have nothing but positive comments to say about this company!
I had a horrible experience with this company. The guy who came to do the service is Russian he didn't speak any English and when he tried to explain to me the inspection that he did, I couldn't understand a word. I told him that the problem with my washer was the water level and the spin cycle leaving the the clothes wet. He ran a spin cycle without any clothes. Hello!! how are you able to see the problem with no clothes in the washer! Then he checked the water coming out of my hose and said it was my water pressure. Again how are you able to determine that with no clothes in the washer?. But the worst part was his attitude, he got frustrated at me because I couldn't understand what he was saying. Please save yourself a headache and don't use this company.
