Masseuse was great but the receptionist was unnecessarily rude.Report
I had a complaint about the hallway being noisy during my massage, which was distracting and made it difficult to remain relaxed. Mind you, the establishment has an obvious "please be quiet" sign, as you check in to go to your designated massage room.
The male receptionist, barely acknowledging my complaints while browsing his phone, rudely blurted out that, if I didn't want it to be so noisy maybe I should try coming in earlier.
I definitely won't be coming back here.
