I’ve been coming here for over 10 years! Great ownership and extremely clean. I would right recommend!!!Report
Every time I go I have a good experience!Report
Lew and Jessica are amazing! I'm there at least 2 times a week due to back pain from a car accident. Run there! You won't be disappointed!Report
It was a great atmosphere and nice vibe. I felt the massage could have been a bit better as the masseuse was a bit firm for my liking but good experience. I would say instead of covering peoples heads with towels advise them to maybe bring satin wraps or scarves for head coveringReport

I sent the below email to the Buckhead email address:Report
Good Evening,
I am sending this email in regards to the poor customer service and unprofessionalism received at your location. We have been to this location several times and our massage therapists were Penny and Kate.
Upon leaving and paying for our service today, we were advised by an Asian gentleman at the front desk that this would be our last time being serviced because we don’t tip. On November 7, 2021, there was a tip provided on top of the $140 service. On March 14, 2022, we also tipped. We have only been to your establishment 6 times total. Is the issue the amount of tip or the number of times that you think we should tip?
We didn’t know that we were required to tip, and tipping is based on the discretion of the customer. It is not mandatory. The excuse provided to us was that they’re workers work hard but we also work hard for the money we make to provide you $140 before a tip.
I called to confirm if this was mandatory or if this “policy” was anywhere in writing. The young lady in blue stated that it’s just like going to a restaurant (which it is not) and proceeded to place me on hold without advising me that I was placed on hold. I called back and she put me on the phone with Trey, the manager, who stated he didn’t have to explain why. He only stated that the massage therapist no longer wants to service us. He stated he has the right of refusal, like most businesses in the US. If that was the case why not advise us before servicing us? Why take our money?
I would like to speak with the Director of this location in particular as well as a refund for what we had to experience.
I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
Amazing experience will return this was my first time and I was blown away.Report
