3 hr wait, constant excuses, and a cheap third party tow company that Toro contracted through (not from Toro) showed up to do the tow. He tried to hustle me by trying to raise my bill by $400 and wanted ME to pay for gas back. He acted like bizarre during the trip and kept complaining he was hungry and the tow interrupted his food run. I tried to settle this through the company to no avail. So, of you need a tow... Just be aware.Report
