Glad to have had Top Gun come out and service our main a/c unit recently. All was well, but recommended we top off the freon like they did 2 or so years ago. The charge for the 1 pound of freon was VERY HIGH, but what can we do? It'll help with the cooling during this damn Summer heat wave.

Long time customer. Punctual and Professional. Honest prices and outstanding work. Better than the the HVAC companies you see on TV all the time.

Austin was just wonderful. He got my unit working again as it should. It was getting mighty warm in the afternoons. I have never called Top Gun where they haven’t been able to fit me in right away. I have been using this company since 2019 to do a Spring maintenance on my unit. Everyone I have been with has been professional and worked fast. This was my first time with Austin this year and he is a Gem. I won’t go anywhere else.

My AC went out Sunday right at the start of the hottest week this summer. I called Top Gun and spoke with Sonia this morning (very nice) and she told me they could send someone out in the afternoon which was sooner than I expected. Austin arrived. Shortly afterwards, I got the vibe that he could be trusted. He is very professional and clearly explained all of his observations. I'm positive he is just one of many reasons for the excellent reviews this company receives and I'm honored to add another.

I will NOT call another HVAC company and Top Gun will indeed be the source for all of my future HVAC needs.

8/8/23 update: AC finally had to be replaced. The crew Top Gun sent out was absolutely fabulous! Answered all questions, very respectful of the property, and didn't leave a single footprint after the installation was complete. The new variable speed unit is great and exceeds my expectations. I do not have a single problem to report and recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

Top Gun ac repair now has a new customer. Our technician Austin was polite and took care of our broken unit. Tested everything to make sure it was all working fine. Highly recommend them.

Kyle’s was professional and explained everything. I choose them because of the many positive reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. (Three years later Aug 2023) I had them out again to check a unit that was not working properly. Austin was professional and did a good job. I would call them again.
