I didn't get their full names, but Mr. Justin and Mr. Bennett was so helpful to me tonight. Not only did they let me know of the times of the restaurants, but they were so smartly dressed and very professional. Their attitudes really compliment the atmosphere of the place. Gunna celebrate my 31st birthday here for sure. Cheers!

Very friendly and nice rooms. Service was not what you would expect. Called for ice, after 30 min called called back and finally received it. We had to wait almost 40 min once we ordered our breakfast and there was only a few tables of guest. Valet phone system was not working so had to bring the ticket downstairs. He took the ticket and did nothing with it. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked a valet and she went and got our car. Again, everyone was friendly but too many little things. We will not be returning. Between breakfast and waiting for our car we lost a good hour plus getting on our way.

I am a Hyatt globalist and I have many pleasant stays in Hyatt over the years. This is simply the worst Hyatt hotel I've stayed in. I lost a designer t-shirt with the hotel. I filed it with ileftmystuff.com and never received any updates. Complaints:

1. I never received any update from Thompson Dallas
2. I called Thompson Dallas at least 3 times, each time they referred me to Security and nobody picked up - like wth.
3. I wanted to talk to the manager. The front desk apologized profusely and couldn't get a hold of the manager. She then got my contact and said the manager would call me back. He never did.
4. I called again and they said the designer clothing was not turned in.

The fact Security never had a person who could pick up the phone speaks to their mismanagement.

This Hotel Is Absolutely Gorgeous,And I Enjoyed The Live Jazz Music In The Lobby.

Horrible security. I was working on an event and one security guard was rude and had no people skills. He needs customer service training since I am his customer and a guest in his home.

My company had our holiday party at this hotel. The staff of this hotel was very professional and courteous, always willing to give assistance without guests having to ask. The decor and cleanliness of the facility was unmatched! Very upscale and worth your money if you have it... your stay here will not be cheap, but won't be wasted money either!

Beautiful place for big corporate events

So gorgeous

A really nice hotel. Clean and beautiful with a really helpful and friendly staff. The location is great with an easy walk to all kinds of stores, restaurants, and sights. All the amenities right there in the hotel too. I'd recommend it.
