Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk to. From my first appointment to the day of my surgery, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Brown listened to what I wanted and delivered the results. He truly has your best interest at heart and is very honest with you. Everything he told me at my first appointment was accurate, down to my recovery time. It was a very smooth experience/procedure. I would highly recommend Loudon County Center of plastics and Dr. Brown for any of my cosmetic needs.

I decided to see Dr. Brown after being unsatisfied with the results I got from two other top plastic surgeons in the DMV area over the last few years. I was especially interested because his website said he specialized in revision procedures.

After looking through his website, I was floored by the results in the before and after photos. Yes, plastic surgeons always put the best results on their sites… but compare the before and after pictures (especially for both male and female breast procedures) on Dr. Brown’s website versus those on other DMV area surgeon’s websites. Dr. Brown’s results blow them all out of the water.

When I went in for my consultation, I was extremely impressed by both the administrative and the medical staff. They were the perfect balance between laid back and welcoming and serious about your result and health. Most other plastic surgery offices I’ve been to in the DMV area tended to have a lot of very fake/inauthentic staff (especially as a male patient), but here it was just the opposite. The office is very modern and clean as well, and the operating room was quite impressive.

Dr. Brown himself was a complete breath of fresh air compared to all the other plastic surgeons I’ve seen for consultations and/or had surgery done by. He was completely honest and forthright about what he can achieve for me results wise, and took on my difficult case that another “top” DMV surgeon told me nothing could be done for.

The main thing that impressed me about Dr. Brown was his attitude and his approach to the procedure. Many other plastic surgeons I’ve seen have been dismissive about what I say I want to change or improve. Instead, they make it about what they think should be done and what they will do to make your result look how they want. With many other surgeons I’ve seen it’s like asking an auto shop to paint your car red, and they paint it blue instead because they think that’s better. Dr. Brown was not anything like that, which was very refreshing.

Dr. Brown worked with me both at the consult and on the day of surgery to fully understand what I wanted, while explaining certain limitations and giving his opinion. It was truly collaborative unlike other surgeons I’ve seen who just tell you what they’re going to do without your input. Dr. Brown was the first plastic surgeon I’ve seen who combined what I wanted with his expertise and knowledge, instead of just letting his ego dictate what will look best without considering my desired result.

And of course I’m writing this now about two months after having my procedure with Dr. Brown, and I could not be happier with the results I got. Multiple other surgeons said there was no way to improve the poor work from past surgeries, and Dr. Brown completely proved them wrong. I wish I had found him years ago - if you are serious about getting the best result for whatever procedure you’re interested in, I really cannot recommend Dr. Brown enough.

I am very happy with the service and care I received and continue to receive from Dr. Brown and his office. When I had my consultation with Dr. Brown, I felt very comfortable talking to him about what I wished to have done. His office from the beginning answered all my questions and were very patient with me. They are very attentive and responsive to my questions/needs/concerns.

What can I say about Dr. Brown that most don't know already. He is an excellent surgeon, professional, perfectionist, caring, and his precise attention to detail is unmatched. I am someone who likes to know what to expect and can sometimes overthink the situation. all I can say is the care was exceptional from the Surgery Center as well.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Brown as my Plastic Surgeon. What really impressed me is how gentle, meticulous and precise she was during his surgeries. As a patient I wanted my body to get that same care even when under general anesthesia. I think his technique plays an important role in the way your body feels post op and how it heals. Just follow his instructions and recommendations, and you will be fine. Thank you Dr. Brown and Staff!
