The Loundon Center

I cannot say enough about Dr. Brown and his work. I originally utilized his services in 2006 for breast implants. Almost exactly 18 years later I returned to have my implants replaced and a crescent lift. My experience was AMAZING!!! Dr. Brown listened to my concerns and ensured i was happy! Surgery was quick, recovery even better! I was cleared to workout at my post op 6 days later. I had a lymphatic massage at the one week mark and she raved about how his work was the best she had ever seen! I am 2 weeks post surgery and can’t even tell I had it. Best part is that I am in love with the outcome.

I wrote the below short and factual review of an unsuccessful procedure I received by this doctor. To my horror, I received a long response which disclosed, to the public, my medical history and the details of my medical procedure. This is a clear violation of my HIPAA rights and I have taken screen shots of the response and will be discussing this matter with a professional. It is beyond alarming that this medical facility has responded in this manner and this much aggression. Their response has caused me great distress and concern for my privacy. And all of this because of my review?!

Initial review: "I received Botox injections in the underarm area for excessive sweating. Unfortunately, the treatment was not effective. I was given the option to come back for more injections for which I would have had to pay full price again. I've had this treatment done many times before (in a different city) and the providers always "guaranteed their work" and never charged me if their treatment was unsuccessful. I was disappointed to see that was not the case with Dr. Brown."

The staff and Dr Brown are first class throughout the entire experience. I wouldn't trust anyone the way I trusted them. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in the door for my consultation Dr. Brown and his team felt different. I’d seen a few other local surgeons and this was my final interview for a consultation.
I appreciated the time that both his staff as well as he took to answer my questions and provide me with options and information based on the look that I wanted to achieve. I felt that his approach and explanation on how he would be able to achieve that was informative and I was able to really understand the procedure more so than other surgeons I had visited.
Everything leading up to my surgery day was smooth, pre op was incredibly helpful and not rushed at all. I had all
My questions and concerns answered and heard.
Surgery day was a breeze and the entire team made me feel calm, safe and well taken care of.
Post op I received a personal call from Dr. Brown to check in and was given access to his phone number should I need it for anything urgent.
I could not be happier with the entire experience and my surgery results are beyond anything that I could have imagined.

I highly recommend Dr. Brown! Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk to. From my first appointment to the day of my surgery, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Brown listened to what I wanted and delivered the results. He truly has your best interest at heart and is very honest with you. Everything he told me at my first appointment was accurate, down to my recovery time. It was a very smooth experience/procedure. I would highly recommend Loudon County Center of plastics and Dr. Brown for any of my cosmetic needs.
