What an amazing ride these last 30 days have been. We went from "thinking " to buy in Scottsdale to getting approved, finding our house, getting our offer accepted to closing in 33 days! Kelly sent me homes that met my check off list, recommended the best mortgage professional-- Christine McConnell and everyone worked their butts off, working nights, weekends whatever was needed to accommodate our 3 hour time difference and my travel! This group of women were awesome, professional, patient and knowledgeable and just plane nice! Andrea, Kelly's trusty Co worker, from Kay-Grant kept me on track and couldn't have been more pleasant. Our new adventure will come to fruition because of these remarkable women! I can't say enough good things! Thank you for truly making this process painless as possible!

Julie Jarmiolowski sold a high end townhouse for us in Scottsdale. Julie is extremely professional. She went above and beyond for us on several occasions. We have bought/sold 10 homes in the past and Julie is by far the best realtor we have ever had. She is very calm and very thorough.

The Kay-Grant group uses a perfectly designed checklist at closing so you know what is expected of you as well as others. You also know when anyone has completed their task. It is brilliant.
