I am pleased to say that my complaint was handled in a very fast and efficient manner. I have just called to confirm that the medical bills I had sent in were processed and Brent assured me he had them in hand as of yesterday and would send them out immediately to be processed.Report
American Family Insurance also fulfilled a separate part of our auto claim as well. We were sent an adjuster immediately and was called back later that week with an offer. Our needs have now been met beyond our expectation and we can rest easy knowing our medical bills are paid and our car has been taken care of.
I would like to make note that, at this point in our business relationship, American Family Insurance has actually EXCEEDED the performance of the insurance company we currently use, State Farm. I would go as far as to say that, when shopping for our next car, we might be calling you guys instead for insurance!
