CONNECT through American family is the worst insurance company I have ever worked with! Called for roadside assistance and was told they don't service the highway I was located; strike 1! I was rear ended and my booster seats were crushed in the rear of my van. They refused to include them in the settlement and told me they shouldn't have been in the cargo area of my van; strike 2! The final straw was when damage to my vehicle occurred that wasn't my fault. I had dashcam footage regarding this, but they insisted that I was a fault and would be raising my rates. They refused to tell me how much my premium would go up and refused to even review the dashcam footage; strike 3! Take your money elsewhere, this company is run by swindling, insensitive thieves.

My car was hit by a AFI insured driver. Trying to deal with the adjuster was a nightmare. Gene the adjuster would not return phone calls. I left so many messages. I even called his boss and asked for a phone call back. Nothing. The body shop also couldn't get phone calls back from him. 7 to 8 months of little help and I am done. Never use his company they are as shady as they come.

Worst insurance company EVER!!! This company does not live up to their word!! I went through a Kwik Trip car wash and American Families insured damaged my vehicle and busted out my back window. They do nothing to help but blame Kwik Trip! Extremely poor service! Claims agents are terrible at their jobs even with evidence and police reports! Have to now sue company! Go elsewhere!!
