About The Dragon Institute

The Dragon Institute is the newest addition to Palm Coast, FL's martial arts scene. Founded by Sifu Adam Williss, we teach Dragon Family Wing Chun - an approach to martial arts that emphasizes hard work, simplicity and practicality. Our lineage stems from Yip Man (aka Ip Man), the teacher of Bruce Lee. We are proud to be affiliated with the Worldwide Leung Sheung Lineage Association (WLSLA). Our classes are open to kids (ages 5-11), teens, and adults and cover a variety of martial arts styles including Wing Chun Kung Fu, self-defense, and Qigong/Tai Chi.

The Dragon Institute offers a variety of martial arts classes for kids (ages 5-11), teens, and adults. Our classes include Wing Chun Kung Fu for practical self-defense; anti-bullying; leadership development; character growth; improving focus, concentration and more. We also offer private martial arts training in Palm Coast which helps students progress faster by personalizing lessons more specifically to their individual needs. As part of our commitment to helping students grow mentally and spiritually as well as physically, we also offer meditation, qigong/tai chi, and sound baths in Dana Point, CA.
