I was only here for a little over a month, but Will, Pete, and the staff are some rockstars. No BJJ experience needed, they start you off right no matter your level. Actual students are all super welcoming, definitely learned a lot from the Purple and Blue belts in my short time there, as well as the other white belts. 10/10 would recommend, thanks Will and I hope we cross paths again someday! My 4 year old son has been attending for 3 months and we couldn't be happier. Professor Wil and Coach Pete are great with the kids they do a great job of teaching them discipline, respect and self confidence. It's really a great program and very happy I started him young.

Our son has been attending Training Grounds for a few months now and we can honestly say it has been a game changer for him. He is managing BIG emotions, showing great confidence, and is becoming more responsible in and out of our home. He leaves the mat a different child than when he walks in - he is grounded and centered. Professor Will and all of the coaches at Training Grounds are incredibly attentive to each child in the class. The values and sense of community instilled in our son are absolutely priceless!

Training grounds is a great resource to help build my sons focus and discipline. The instructors are great using phrases to help the kids memorize moves and reinforcing positive behaviors. They also provide off the mat resources to help your child improve between lessons. The staff is good about following up and keeping parents informed on questions and issues that come up in the classes. Highly recommend this school for all ages but especially young children looking to build confidence and attention.

Coach Wil and Co. really cater to kids of all levels, but especially excels in communication and connection to the younger kids. The class runs best when 3 coaches involved to provide individual attention. Greatly appreciate the unique life lessons for my 6 year old daughter at such an impressionable age to supplement school and home. Extremely disciplined environment that is a pleasure to have her around. Looking forward to my newly turned 4 year old to join her soon.

This gym is great, especially from a martial arts perspective. Their onboarding process is great, when you register, you work with someone to align your goals and that person walks you through exactly what you need to do to have a good experience on day 1.

The classes are taught thoroughly with the coach giving you pointers as you go through your drills.

Overall, if you live near by, and you're looking for a BJJ gym, this is it.

I've been a member of Training Grounds for over 3 years now and I wouldn't consider any other place to train.
