We are devoted to offering the full protection of the law to those whose rights are being violated in the workplace. We focus almost exclusively on helping San Francisco employees enjoy the rights they are afforded under California law (and federal law), including the right to be free from harassment and discrimination in the workplace. We have seen firsthand the impact that it can have on employees' lives when they are confronted with those types of dehumanizing behaviors in the workplace. The stress that is generated by having to work in a harassing or discriminatory environment takes a serious toll on the employee, their personal life and, ultimately, can cause an employee to be unable to continue in their position.
