Me and my wife came on November 19 to November 22. For our honeymoon. The horrible experience started there. While checking we were at the last part which is payment. I asked the young lady about an email I received for a special. She proceeded to LOULDY say oh you're paying only 360 dollars a night and you already got the deal. First of all we booked months ahead for our honey moon. This isn't our first visit. and during the stay we did not get any new towels soaps then you call for service and you're told after 15 rings that there's only one person working who is everything right now. Saturday we had dinner at their restaurant
The food was horrible chicken was raw. My wife and I went up to our room she started vomiting non stop. It was so bad that she had sit in the bath to relive the symptoms. She contained to be sick during our stay. Our check out time came and we called down stairs to explain that wife has food posing and can we please have a late check out. The gentleman seemed not to care and said 30 more mins is the max we can do for you. My wife and I came down stairs and I called vallet for our car 20 mins before coming down she was still vomiting at this point and almost on the floor. I went back to the desk and asked for a manager the gentleman said he was the manager I had told him what happened and how horrible our honeymoon was because of their 5 star restaurant. He priced to ask me what do you want me to do? I can't just hand you money. I said sir absolutely not what I'm saying. He then said to file an incident report and that if it is food poisoning:then the gentleman and the security guard came out to our car where my wife was curled up moaning in pain. After getting back home 500 miles away she went to doctor and they confirmed food poisoning and also inflamed kidneys. She was sick for 8 more days after: we have not contacted our lawyer YET. NO ONE HAS CALLED US since. I hope the chief manager sees this.

The service was excellent. Amenities exceptional. Location and views amazing.

An absolutely stunning resort. A true hidden gem in Los Angeles, CA.

Sat at bar. Bartenders were great guys to talk and have fun with. Food and drink were excellent.
