Synergy and their staff have been nothing short of amazing throughout my recovery process. I'm starting to regain all that I've lost in my addiction. Huge thank you to Jessica Hilary and Seressa for everything they do they truly go above and beyond and really care for every single person that walks thru the door. Highly recommend to anyone that's ready to make a change for the better and regain your life.

Amazing place with an incredible staff. If you are ready to make a change in your life but realize you need help, this is the place. The staff is awesome, Jessica, Saressa and Hilary go out of their way to help and support in any way possible. Professional facility where you are treated like a person not a number. Synergy saved my life. I cant say enough good things about my experience, and the staff at Synergy. The staff is so amazing. From the 1 on 1 counseling sessions to the group sessions this is a top notch program. I highly recommend Synergy to anyone struggling with addiction. The knowledge you will gain and the help they can offer is unlike any other option out there. Please if you are reading this you are most likely struggling with addiction or know someone who is. I promise, making the decision to come to Synergy will be the best choice you could possibly make. Don't wait another minute to give them a call or just walk in, they will welcome you with open arms and provide you with the exact care you need to help put you on the right path to a successful recovery. I never write reviews, but sometimes a service (and the people involved with it) is so outstanding that I feel I really must share my experience to help guide others when they're deciding who to call.

Synergy Recovery is definitely in that category. Out of every IOP in Bakersfield, this one is hands down the best there is, in large part due to the amazing staff. Joel, Gigi, Melissa, and the docs are all kind, compassionate, caring, patient, and experienced in dealing with addiction and mental health issues. If you are reading this right now, the very BEST thing you can do for yourself is to pick up the phone and call Synergy. You will not regret it! It WILL change your life and help you obtain the coping skills to deal with life on life's terms.

Don't put off your recovery-- don't put off the ability to ENJOY your life. I know how overwhelming it feels when you are struggling to make a change in your life, and how lonely it can feel, but the only thing you have to do is take that first step: pick up the phone and CALL-- the wonderful folks at Synergy will help you take care of the rest.

Excellent staff and wait times, very accommodating as well. Spends more than 2 minutes with patients like a lot of healthcare centers.

I attended synergy recovery for addiction. I loved it there. I could honestly say it is the best out patient facility in Kern County. The program is very very effective. The counselors are extraordinary. The group meetings are extremely productive and beneficial. They offer a variety of ways to help cope and are very supportive throughout your recovery process. I highly recommend

I can't thank Synergy enough for what they have done for me and my family due to my addiction. They were quick to get me in. Dr. Trobisch and Nathan, PA are understanding and they walk you through the process. I was a difficult patient to work with and they never left my side. I recently received my fourth Vivitrol shot and I have zero cravings to use. I have not felt pain free and this great in 4 years. The counselors, Eric, Joel and Sarah are 'The Best'. It's a safe place and all information is confidential. The Meetings/Groups is like a big family relating with and support each other during the difficult times using the tools to succeed in recovery and has been and will be an necessary part of my life. I literally would not be where I am if it was not for the support from the clients, Synergy staff and especially my counselor. My life has excelled beyond belief due to my sobriety. As my first time rehab., Synergy was a God sent. I am great full for Synergy staff for literally saving my life.

I can't say enough about Synergy and their amazing caring staff. I started Syngery with a desperate call asking for help I was in a addiction I didn't know how I would ever get out. The very next morning they had me in. Dr Trobisch was so kind the staff never judged and my counselor walked me through recovery every step of the way, I love her to death. I was offered the Vivatrol implant and had it put in Dec 23rd. I feel better than I have in a very long time I will be going back for the 8 month one all cravings are gone my energy has returned and I just feel happy. Synergy is the best of the best. Thank you for giving me my life back.
