Recently I woke up to a very cold home. I reached out first thing in the morning to SureTech, I spoke with Eric, he was able to squeeze my service request in same day. The serviceman Ty was very professional and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my heating system. They were able to get me up and warm again in about 4 hours. Thank you so much!

We interviewed a number of HVAC suppliers. SureTech gained confidence where all our technical questions were answered including the latest technology and at a competitive price. Installation and followup was well coordinated. We would highly recommend SureTech in support of heating and cooling needs!

Shane knows his business and was prompt and polite. I can’t wait to see him again for our repairs! Shane and Ty, the techs, came over to fix a non-functioning furnace. They were professional, competent, and answered all of our questions. Shane offered to vacuum some insulation up before they left!

Guy quoted me an outrageous price. I tried to contact them several times to get details. No response. Paid the outrageous analysis call. The worst company and still don’t have my issue resolved.

the service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything and was willing to share his information and above all else, wasn't trying to sell or push me into buying anything, yet explained the urgency of upgrading my furnace

Shane came over today and figured out why our heat pump wasn't kicking on. It ended up being a simple fix for a more than fair price. I know who we'll be calling if we ever need our unit serviced, repaired, or replaced. Thanks 😊

I just wanted to say thank you to Sure Tech for squeezing us in on short notice when Temps were down to the mid 20s at night. Our 94 year old mother was relying on a small space heater for warmth. Justin showed up sooner than expected and kept us informed of the process of getting heat back in the home. The family appreciates it.

The furnace in our garage was not properly installed by a prior contractor, and was barely pushing air and leaking condensation. Shane and Ty from SureTech did a fantastic and efficient job fixing it up, and now it is working great. We really appreciate the help!
