Sam & Nick came out in the freezing, icy Wonderland, diagnosed the heater’s problem, got repair approved by HomeWarranty company, got the part ordered & picked up, installed it only to discover it was a bad part, took it back & got a new part, got it installed, & we have heat! Yes, it took a couple of days. If it hadn’t been for their expertise and professionalism, I’m sure we would’ve gone several weeks without heat.

We came into our office after the long holiday weekend to no heat. Our previous vendor told me that it would be almost 2 weeks for an appointment unless we paid for an emergency call, and then it’d be a day or two. Instead, I reached out to SureTech. Justin told me someone would be out by the end of the day. Nick came out as promised, told me the issue but that the parts store was closed that late in the day. Promised to pick up the part as soon as they opened and come back to install it. Nick and Sam arrived on time, got our heat working again and took the time to let us know preventative measures we can take to avoid emergencies in the future. These guys are great! They do what they say and pricing is reasonable. They’re the ones I’ll call first from now on!
