Really fun time, well organized and great staff.

Just took the trolley again and the service was great! Drivers are nice. It is easy to make reservation and even when I have a question they always are there with a solution or to address my needs

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would most definitely do so. I have never experienced such terrible customer service as I did with this company. By no other than the General Manager. His name is Mark. My party of 6 booked the Sonoma Wine Trolley over a month in advance. We are traveling from Florida and wanted to make sure our vacation was going to be seamless. Much to our dismay, Mark called, a week prior to our arrival, and informed us that he was cancelling our trolley booking due to a “transmission” issue and could not accommodate us. That was it. No let me see who I can call to assist you in booking another excursion. That’s right, we were on our own. He said he would send us a refund. It it could take up to a week. Gee, thanks.

I called to speak to Mark and was greeted by a very nice and helpful individual named Sally. She was apologetic and sympathetic to our problem. She also informed me that there was no transmission issue, but a shortage of drivers. She told me she would call accounting and expedite our refund, if she could. I thanked her. When I called her back, Mark answered and was belligerent to me. Claiming to be doing everything he can possibly do to help us out as he was raising his voice and not letting me get a word in. This guy needs to go back to school and learn about a thing called customer service and courtesy. He must be related to the owner. I can’t possible fathom any other reason they would keep him in a position that involves customer relations.

My sisters and I had a blast! Paul was a great tour guide with a ton of information. The wineries were lovely- some better than others, but the tour and the company was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Booked the tour the night before, arrived 30 mins prior to check in time since it was our first time.

Paul pulled up to the designated area on time. We were checked of the list and boarded one group at a time. He offered to take pics for the guests, using our phones and cameras, I thought that was nice. There was a no show and another couple called, stated they were running a couple a bit late.

Paul was a great host, driver, with tons of fun facts, historical stories and info on the land, city and state.

The wine was fantastic, the lunch was such a huge bonus (gourmet and filling).

Finally, the ending was just overall amazing! I recommend the tour. We will be back with friends and family. It was better than expected. Thank you for making my wife's birthday a memorable success.

What a fun day! Paul (our tour guide) was great! The trolley was comfortable and they had plenty of water for us. Take the trolley if you’re going out wine tasting, it was easy and painless! The price is reasonable too.

My husband and I recently visited Sonoma for our anniversary and I am sooo glad we did this wine trolley. First we went to some great wineries, but the best part was our guide Paul. He made the trip such an awesome experience. It's a great way to meet fun people while tasting different wines. The lunch was good too! I definitely recommend this tour for everyone!
