Sonoma Valley Wine Trolley

SUPER HELPFUL. My wife accidentally booked a tour for the wrong day, and the third party booking company was not willing to help us. We called the company directly and spoke to Mark, and he was able to get everything fixed for us with no problem! Great customer service, would highly recommend!

Had a great time on this tour. 4 diverse wineries ranging from large commercial wineries to small family places. Driver (Paul) was terrific and very friendly atmosphere on trolley. You learn about wine making and the history of the area. You get a lunch (nothing special) but can order additional food at several locations. With the tasting fees and gratuities, it’s not an inexpensive day but we all had a great time and found it to be a memorable, special day.

This was a pretty fun experience, the driver was entertaining and it was great mingling with other travelers. The only real downside was the wineries we went to weren't the best. We only enjoyed the wine at one of the wineries.

This was the way to go! Bryan was knowledgeable and friendly! There was such variety between the different wineries we went to and the ease of having the trolley, we were able to drink responsibly.

My husband and I had a great time!! Lexi was our guide and not only was she awesome but super knowledgeable about the area as well! She made our day and really knows how to bring a bus of strangers together! If we come back in the future we will 100% be requesting a tour with Lexi!!

Our only correction is not our guide by any means, but the bus itself needs some serious TLC. The loud sounds while driving and apparent need of repairs and an oil change left something to be desired.

The Wine Trolley excursion was so fun and the best way to visit 4 wineries in one day, without driving! The trolley was comfortable and plenty of water was available. We made friends along the way and definitely would do it again!

The trolley was great, and it was great seeing all the vineyards. When we booked it said 4 wineries, but the site now says 3. The wine was ok, as is with all wine, you like some and don't like others. The biggest complaint was that we had 2 hours for lunch, which again was ok, but there was nothing to do after lunch, so we wound up standing around for an hour. It would have been better to have that time at the 4th winery that was dropped, or spend more time at a vineyard. The 2nd stop was truly a dud. The reply from Sonoma trolley is inaccurate. When we booked the trip the website said 4 stops, and now 2 weeks later it says 3 stops, which contradicts their statement. Buyer beware.

We wanted to love this experience, but it wasn’t worth the cost. The trolley is cool, but the lunch and wine wasn’t great. You pay for all your tastings, which we knew, but the wines at some of vineyards weren’t great. Some wines we just dumped because couldn’t drink. We did meet some amazing people, which was a plus.

I’d suggest saving your money and getting an Uber to take to vineyards!
