We called SoCal garage door repair to fix our home garage when we noticed a spring broke. When I called, the lady was very courteous and professional. She scheduled a technician to come immediately, and within 2 hours of the call, the technician arrived. He was also very polite and professional. I was delighted with the excellent service.

SoCal technician Eli was able to get to my house within 2 hours after I called on a Sunday afternoon, and we got my off track garage door back on track so I could still use the garage while I waited for them to install a new garage door. A new door was installed and works perfectly. The service was very professional and not as expensive as I thought it would be.

Quick response; Eli was courteous and professional and was able to replace both springs in about 30 minutes. He also did a safety check on the rest of the lift hardware, and didn't try to upsell. I would definitely recommend SoCal Garage Door Repair and especially Eli.
