I will update this review if they actually provide me with details. My garage door is not opening repairman came while I had to run to pick up the kids. I was also on a work call when he called back and gave me two options for either $500 or $800 to fix the problem. I explained I could not make a decision on such short notice with no details. He pressured me again saying how great they are and I have already done my research to find them so I should agree, completely unprofessional. One week later still waiting for the detailed quote and explanation of the problem and options to fix.

Socal was very flexible on same day appts. It was very efficient and affordable. Eli also explained the issue and how he was going to fix the problem thoroughly to ensure we understood. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is on time and reliable. Thank you for fixing our garage and making it work on short notice.????

I had an issue with a partially damaged garage door and called SOCAL this morning. Within 1 hour, they could get a tech to my home to look at the problem and offer a temporary fix while a new part was ordered. The tech, Eli, was helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on a product I didn’t need. He indeed went above and beyond for me. Thank you, SOCAL! I appreciated how prompt and helpful they were.

We called them to repair our door. Shirley was accommodating with scheduling. Eli called ahead of time on the day of the appointment to let us know when he would be at the house. He was right on time. After looking at the door, he suggested several items to repair or replace. He was knowledgeable and fixed the door quickly and reasonably priced. We are delighted and will call them again if the need arises.

Eli saved the day for us. While we were out of town, Our garage door opener was stolen from our car. He used his special skills to get our garage door open. He also reprogrammed our remote controls so that the robber could no longer access our garage. Eli gave us peace of mind. People told him that he’s faster than 911, which we totally agree with. It’s no wonder customers rate them with 5 stars. It was really simple to make an appointment too. Eli came to our house the morning after the night I made the appointment. Thanks to Shirley and Eli in sales and Jesse and partner for an efficient clean tidy installation. I’m thrilled with the door. Everyone made the process from the first inquiry to installation about as painless as it could get and in less than half the time frame promised. Shirley keeps a very close eye on every step of the process and her follow up is very professional. I had a quote for over 10% less and I don't regret going with this very professional team.
