My husband made an appointment for a tow and waited three hours for them to no show. He reached out several times to inquire where they were and they deliberately lied and said the tow guy was on the way and he was not. The tow guy driving the truck told my husband he was pulling up to the address and was no where to be found. I called the office once to find out how far away they were and the man was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. At any point they could've said they were too busy or rescheduled but what really bothers me is that they lied multiple times and were rude about it. The guy even tried to charge my husband for a cancellation fee when they were the ones who didn't show up on the time(s) agreed! Save your time and just find another tow company to do business with!Report

They were on time and patient with us when we requested a tow and the driver was very nice but the manager was a nightmare. We tried getting our car towed to a certain location and the manager tried to double the fee! Over an address mix up. After explaining the situation, the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. The driver was great, but the manager was terrible.Report
