Top notch across the board. Silberstein, Awad, and Miklos were quick to respond to all matters, thoughtful and detailed in handling everything, professional, understanding and very informative. Legal matters are overwhelming and confusing, and they made sure everything was explained clearly on all fronts every step of the way. Reassurance and peace of mind are hard to come by in these instances, but they brought that in abundance as well. I can't speak highly enough of them.

After calling around and consulting with several other firms, in addition to not understanding the medical malpractice legal process complicates matters even more. They explained the law, and outlined in clear language the steps in the process that were needed to be done. They were reassuring, articulate, knowable, and effective. I feel confident in my decision to go with Silberstein, Awad & Miklos, and my mind has been completely at ease throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for the best firm to represent them for any kind of medical malpractice in New York.

Well what can I say, Joseph Miklos and the team at Silberstein, Awad, and Miklos took care of everything without me having to do much besides sign a few papers. With that said he always kept me informed and up to date on all the advancements and changes during the case. He always inquired about my thoughts first before offering his own which kept me from biasing my answer off of his words. Joseph Miklos was very upfront about everything, didn't beat around the bush or waste my time, he definitely is rated as highly as he is for a reason and does his job accordingly. I would recommend him to anyone who got hurt in an accident by someone. Don't question whether you should or not, at least give Joseph Miklos at Silberstein, Awad, and Miklos a call and he'll hear you out and tell you your options, and that doesn't cost a thing. Having been hit by a vehicle while walking my dog on a Sunday afternoon last year, I reached out by phone to Mr. Miklos from the emergency room. (He was referred to me by my brother) And guess what? He returned my call that day and was a constant presence throughout the entire ordeal. Not only did Mr. Miklos obtain the highest possible settlement, he and his firm honestly made me feel like I was his ONLY client. That says a lot in this day and age. Joe Miklos is a terrific attorney. My mother had an injury that left her physically disabled and emotionally scarred. Joe and his wonderful offices were able to get the full settlement amount in the most painless and compassionate way possible. My sister and I were both summoned to the deposition to speak about her injuries and the impact that they've had on her life since, who she was as a person and her abilities prior, and the facts of the incident itself as we remember it. Joe was incredibly forthright and patient with me. It put me at ease, so that when I was asked to speak I could be honest and genuine, and was able to take my time and give the best testimony I was capable of. The entire thing was extremely difficult, owing to the stress and pain of seeing my mother be changed by circumstances beyond her control. Having Joe and his team there as her support was crucial and a huge relief for me and my sister. He is also extremely amiable, honest, and intelligent. I do not believe we would have had the positive outcome--monetarily, but more importantly emotionally--with any other attorney. It was extremely important to me that my mother not be overburdened by the case, as she has had rehabilitation from the injury to worry about, and Joe and his offices have went above and beyond for her. If you have a high value medical malpractice case, stop looking now. Joe Miklos and his associates are the best in the business and will do everything to get you every penny you deserve. You can google his firm but I will save you some time, Joe and his team are consistently ranked and recognized by his peers as one of the best attorneys in his field of practice. I came to Joe via a personal referral and thank goodness I did. Throughout the entire process, Joe and his team ensured that I was comfortable and informed about any decision I needed to make. I have enough prior experience with attorneys not to wholly trust any attorney, however Joe gave me the full confidence to allow him to take the driver's seat and full control of the case. I was hit by a car last May (2021) while riding my motorcycle to my job. Totaled my bike, damaged a lot of an outside restaurant area, and probably totaled the guys car while at it. I also broke 10 bones and have had to change my career due to the permanent injuries. Joe Miklos and his team managed to handle my case with speed and to the full extent of the law, and got me a maximized settlement. Without that I’d probably be homeless at this point. Joe and his team were caring, incredibly professional, precisely knowledgeable, and had a friendly approach whilst at it. I cannot recommend him and the entire team at Silberstein, Awad & Miklos enough. There is a very good reason for all the amazing reviews, it’s incredibly well earned and deserved. If in need, do yourself justice by starting here, you most likely won’t need to try anywhere else!

Words cannot express my immense joy and gratitude for Joe Miklos! A few years ago, I went thru a very scary surgery which resulted in needing to shop around for a medical malpractice lawyer.
