Words cannot express my immense joy and gratitude for Silberstein, Awad & Miklios! A few years ago, I went thru a very scary surgery which resulted in needing to shop around for a medical malpractice lawyer. Medical malpractice is scary thought, i know! I called a few law firms, but they all felt so impersonal. From the moment my call was answered by the incredibly cordial and polite receptionist to the great communication from their lawyers and paralegals, all the way to delivery of my settlement check, the experience made me feel like I was THE most important person to them. I hired Silberstein, Awad & Miklos accident lawyers after my daughter and I were injured in a pretty serious car accident in Hauppage.. I’ve never been hurt in a motor vehicle collision before - though I’ve been in a few - and I was not sure what to do. A friend of mine that used Silberstein, Awad & Miklos before and recommended them to me, and I am very glad he did. The staff was very friendly and responsive from the get go. Our cases are still pending with them, but the service has been fantastic this far. Being hurt in a wreck is not a fun time, but this is the best personal injury lawyer experience I could’ve imagined so far. You have the gratitude of my entire family.?????

Top notch all the way. Silberstein, Awad and Miklos was quick to respond to all matters, thoughtful and detailed in handling everything, professional, understanding and very informative. Legal matters are overwhelming and confusing, and they made sure everything was explained clearly on all fronts every step of the way. Reassurance and peace of mind are hard to come by in these instances, but they brought that in abundance as well. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Joseph Miklos and his staff of personal injury attorneys are exceptional at what they do. Most people do not understand how difficult medical malpractice lawsuits are to pursue. Joseph Miklos’s law firm has a knack for seeing past all the ""fluff"" in medical notes and finding exactly where negligence could have occurred.

After almost a two-year battle with workman's comp Finally it has come to a resolution Joseph Miklos was very professional with me and very supportive even though I've never done this kind of situation before at all he walked me through every step I thank you for your professionalism that you showed me because I know I was not an easy case I bothered you guys every two weeks like clockwork and you were very kind to me thank you again best wishes
