Work done efficiently and timely per plan.workers very polite.

Lots of waiting project took a year to complete, although I think that's normal in a COVID-19 year.

The work was of very high quality , And clean up what immaculate with no Staples on the ground or all shingles. Excellent work.

Was refered to this company by a friend and co worker who is like me a veteran. Very friendly people and awesome product. Installed in 2 quick days! Had to get solar plus a battery back up due to pge and shut offs. Couldnt be any happier and will recommend in a heartbeat! THANK YOU Semper Solaris!!

Due to Covid Santa Cruz County was extremely slow with their approvals, and with a variety of complications during the design and installation phases our Tesla Powerwall project was becoming extremely frustrating, as each new issue seemed to take forever to resolve and then come back with county approval.

But once Rachel Korp took over the oversight for our project #35431, it all turned around. She was extremely proactive in getting everything done asap, and provided regular feedback on our progress. With Rachel's help we've passed inspection and the system is working well! Thanks!

I highly recommend Sempher Solaris based on my experience, my service advisor William Bussey was very prompt in responses, before signing the contract itself, he helped send required sample material to HOA for approvals, responded to every email and phone call prior to contract and after signing the contract the rest of the process was very smooth as well, thanks to their scheduling/finance team and thanks a lot to Timothy / team for excellent execution of the replacing our roof, Timothy communicated promptly and always replied back and shared updates on when the crew is going to arrive, what to expect etc., I can't appreciate enough, thank you William Bussey and Thank you Timothy and entire Sempher Solaris team, keep up with great customer experience
