Crooks. They sold me a refurbished unit that they said was new. When presented with the evidence they refused to accept responsibility. Poor business practices. The real story is that they either made a mistake installing it or they have a problem somewhere in their system and had just blown up another inverter a day or so before and when they installed the new one from us it too blew up and they wanted to return it. We said no as we have a contract with them that does not cover this condition. So they started to make up stuff about the inverter but it doesn't change the facts of the situation.
