Fantastic company & staff! Called late last night to get help with a leaking pipe and they schedule me in right away for first thing in the morning. The two technician Erik and Bill were so kind and gracious and explained what needed to be done. Will most definitely recommend and use again if ever needed!!!Report

Not many housing emergencies worse than a busted water heater as temperatures start feeling wintry! Unfortunately, due to my Apollo unit being almost pre-hostoric, Starky at Roto-Rooter explained that he'd need some genuine parts from the manufacturer and that it'll be a few days for the part to arrive(this was after coming out same day!). Nevertheless, Starky and the Roto-Rooter team maintained communication over the weekend, provided a date for fixing, and executed the fix within an hour and a half on my beast of a unit. Thank you so much for restoring the warmth in my house Roto-Rooter!Report
